1. What is Etchline by Sign Network?
Etchline is a specialized division of Sign Network dedicated to premium engraved signage. We provide high-quality Gravoply and aluminum ACM signs for businesses, condos, and architectural spaces across Canada.
2. Can I order custom signage through Etchline?
Yes! You can upload your sign specifications directly on our site using our template or by submitting a custom file. Our team will review and follow up with a proof if needed.
3. What materials do you use for your signs?
We primarily use Gravoply for tactile/Braille signs and brushed aluminum ACM for sleek architectural signage. All materials are Canadian-sourced and weather-resistant.
4. Do your signs comply with accessibility standards?
Yes. Our washroom, elevator, and room signage options meet AODA and accessibility requirements — including high contrast, raised lettering, and Braille integration.
5. Can I request Braille on any sign?
Absolutely. Many of our products have a Braille option you can select when customizing your order.
6. How long will it take to receive my signs?
Standard production time is 5–7 business days. Shipping time varies by location, but most orders within Canada arrive within 2–4 days after dispatch.
7. Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes — we provide volume discounts for large orders. Contact us directly or upload your full order using our template to receive a custom quote.
8. How do I place an order?
You can browse our collections, customize your product, and add to your order. Once you’re ready, go to the cart and place your order. We’ll handle the rest.
9. Can I request a proof before production?
Yes. For custom signs or uploads, our team reviews the file and sends a proof if there are any concerns or clarifications needed.
10. Where are you located? Do you ship outside Canada?
Etchline is proudly based in Toronto, Canada. At this time, we primarily ship within Canada, but custom international orders can be discussed.
